Contemporary college students are familiar with internet technology,and college psychological health teachers should update and improve traditional psychological health education model and content based on this characteristic of college students.On the premise of deeply understanding the role of the Internet in psychological health education,clarify the impact of the online environment on the psychological health of college students,develop practical and feasible optimization strategies,utilize network tools such as email,online conferences,and instant messaging software to expand the coverage of psychological health education,enrich the forms of psychological health education,and fully play the educational function of psychological health education.
