Abstract
Digital transformation is a strategic transformation in which libraries actively adapt,seek change,and recognize change in order to maintain competitiveness in the new era.Under the profound changes in the industrial,policy,and social environments,libraries urgently need to promote the process of digital transformation to strengthen their service functions,build a high-quality and diversified information service system for users,and provide standardized,efficient,and scientific information solutions.In order to comprehensively and effectively promote the digital transformation of libraries,it is necessary to deeply explore the inherent value connotation,analyze the core elements of digital transformation,and explore a scientific development path from the dimensions of resources,management,users,services,etc.,laying a solid foundation for the future development of libraries.
