Under the background of the new agricultural science,the reform of the biological breeding science major has become a key factor in promoting agricultural development.To meet the needs of modern agriculture,it is imperative to cultivate high-quality agricultural talents.This study aims to respond to the new agricultural science reform policy and propose reform suggestions for the biological breeding science major from the aspects of teaching method innovation,curriculum system reform,student practical ability cultivation,and teacher team construction.The goal is to enhance the combination of students'professional knowledge and practical ability,and provides reference for the agricultural breeding major.The reform measures in this study also have reference significance for other agricultural colleges and related majors.
