With the widespread application of digital technology across various domains,the role and the importance of digitization in driving educational innovation and reform are gradually becoming evident,emerging as an undeniable trend.This article reviews the interactive development of educational digital concept innovation and teaching model innovation,analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by college English teaching under the background of digitalization,focuses on the outstanding problems in college English teaching in China,and probes into the effective ways to improve the quality and efficiency of college English teaching from the aspects of teaching concept transformation,digital literacy improvement of teachers and students,digital teaching resource platform construction,and teaching evaluation and feedback.
