Research on the Current Situation and Interest Enhancement of Management Courses in Universities——Taking Wanjiang College of Anhui Normal University as an Example
Learning interest plays a crucial role in the learning journey of students,which not only deeply affects the stimulation of their learning motivation,but also directly relates to the level of learning efficiency.The article takes Wanjiang College of Anhui Normal University as an example,starting from a survey and analysis of the learning status of management courses,to explore effective ways to enhance students'interest in learning.According to the survey,there are generally problems in the current management course learning,such as low understanding of the major,unclear goals,poor adaptability to the environment,and low interest in learning.By deeply analyzing the root causes of the lack of interest in learning among college students and based on the motivation theory framework,a series of innovative solutions have been proposed,aiming to fully stimulate students'internal learning motivation,tap into their learning potential,and ultimately achieve a dual improvement in their comprehensive quality and professional skills.
