摘要
构建"一站式"学生社区教育管理模式,是提升学校教育管理服务质量、满足社会发展需求的必然选择,同时也是教育改革发展、创新的内在诉求.然而在构建社区教育管理模式中,高校却面临着思想共识、协同配合、育人要素及学生需求等方面的问题,需要学校结合教育管理模式建设意义,积极凝聚全校师生的思想共识,努力拓宽育人要素,紧密围绕学生需求,构建科学合理的路径,以营造优质的学生教育管理生态环境,进而培养出符合社会主义现代化建设需求的优秀人才.
Abstract
Constructing a"one-stop"student community education management model is an inevitable choice to improve the quality of school education management services and meet the needs of social development.At the same time,it is also an inherent demand for education reform,development,and innovation.However,in constructing a community education management model,universities face issues such as ideological consensus,collaborative cooperation,educational elements,and student needs.It is necessary for universities to combine the significance of education management model construction,actively gather the ideological consensus of all teachers and students,strive to broaden educational elements,closely focus on student needs,construct a scientific and reasonable path,create a high-quality student education management ecological environment,so as to cultivate outstanding talents that meet the needs of socialist modernization construction.
