Research on the Reshaping Path of University Student Management Work from the Perspective of Educational Ecology
With the continuous evolution of the educational environment,traditional student management models are gradually unable to meet the new needs of higher education development.In the context of the new education ecosystem,the management of college students urgently needs to incorporate more humanized and interactive elements.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the current situation of student management in modern universities,and explores the changes in the direction of management work and the basic principles that should be followed.On this basis,targeted improvement strategies were proposed from four aspects:conceptual innovation,institutional optimization,cultivation education,and platform construction,so as to build a more open,interactive,and diverse student management system,to better adapt to and promote the healthy development of the education ecosystem.
