Research on the Quality Evaluation and Path Optimization of Practical Teaching under the Application-Oriented Training Target——Taking the International Business Negotiation Course in University A as an Example
As an important evaluation index to measure the quality of teaching,teaching satisfaction is an important means to further promote the reform of practical teaching.This paper takes the practical teaching of the core courses of economics and management majors in University A as the research object,establishes a practical teaching quality evaluation system in four dimensions:organizational evaluation,teaching management evaluation,participation evaluation,and teacher-student cooperation evaluation,uses independent sample T-test and one-way variance test to analyze the differences of individual factors in the practical teaching process,and understands students'satisfaction with the practical teaching link of the course through average value analysis,correlation analysis,and multiple regression model.Finally,under the guidance of the application-oriented training goal,the optimized path of the curriculum to improve the quality of practical teaching is proposed,which mainly includes four parts:improving the content of practical teaching,building a practical teaching resource package,innovating the practical teaching mode,and reforming the practical teaching conditions,so as to provide a reference for practical teaching.
