摘要
高校志愿服务有助于培养学生的社会责任感、公民意识、专业技能和领导力,对学生综合素质的提升有着重要作用.高校应打造精英化的志愿服务模式,深化项目发展,完善多维度评价体系,构建"校—社—企"合作的新型模式,以促使高校志愿服务活动更紧密结合专业知识、加强持续性与深度、优化评估与激励机制,并与社区和行业需求精准对接.
Abstract
Volunteer service in universities helps to cultivate students'sense of social responsibility,civic awareness,professional skills,and leadership,and plays an important role in improving their overall quality.Universities should build an elite volunteer service model,deepen project development,improve the multi-dimensional evaluation system,and build a new model of"school-community-enterprise"cooperation,so as to be more closely integrated with professional knowledge,strengthen sustainability and depth,optimize evaluation and incentive mechanisms,and accurately align with community and industry needs.
