Construction of Teaching Quality Management System for Applied Undergraduate Universities Based on OBE Concept
Based on the OBE education concept,this study explores the construction of an applied undergraduate teaching quality management system.Firstly,the construction goals of the teaching quality management system should he clearly defined,including establishing teaching quality standards that comply with the OBE concept,developing measurable teaching quality management goals,and ensuring the consistency with the overall strategic goals of the school.Secondly,optimize the structure of the teaching quality management system,including establishing a sound organizational structure,improving the teaching quality management process,and establishing a feedback mechanism for teaching quality information.Thirdly,strengthen the resource guarantee of the teaching quality management system,including increasing investment in teaching resources,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and improving the student support service system.Finally,improve the monitoring and evaluation mechanism of the teaching quality management system,including regularly conducting teaching quality evaluations,strengthening supervision of the teaching process,and establishing a continuous improvement mechanism for teaching quality.
