摘要
高校"一站式"学生社区作为落实"时代新人铸魂工程"的重要抓手,承载着重要的育人功能.新时代背景下,为适应新形势新挑战,要求高校坚持以立德树人为根本,把准着力点、创新点、突破点,联动多方主体共同参与,整合育人资源.依托队伍进驻、服务下沉、文化浸润,确保学生社区管理提质增效.本文从高校"一站式"学生社区建设的价值意蕴入手,阐述管理实践工作的原则遵循,提出多维实施路径.
Abstract
As an important lever for implementing the"New Generation Soul Casting Project",the"one-stop"student community in universities carries important educational functions.In the context of the new era,in order to adapt to the new situation and challenges,universities are required to adhere to the fundamental principle of moral education,identify key areas of focus,innovation,and breakthrough,collaborate with multiple stakeholders to participate,and integrate educational resources.By relying on team entry,service sinking,and cultural infiltration,it is necessary to ensure the improvement and efficiency of student community management.This paper starts from the value and significance of the"one-stop"student community construction in universities,elaborates on the principles followed in management practice work,and finally proposes a multi-dimensional implementation path.
