摘要
数字化浪潮下,创新创业既面临着前所未有的机遇,也面临着诸多挑战.高校作为人才培养的重要基地,肩负着培养大学生创新创业能力的重大责任.本文从大学生创新创业能力发展重要意义入手,从不同角度分析存在的问题及原因,提出实现大学生创新创业能力培养的有效途径,经历"理论—实践—再实践"的输入输出全过程,构建更完善、有效的养成型培养模式,以期为社会培养出优秀的创新型人才.
Abstract
In the digital age,there are both opportunities and challenges for innovation and entrepreneurship.As an important base for talent cultivation,universities shoulder the significant responsibility of cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of college students.This article starts with the important significance of developing the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students,analyzes the existing problems and reasons from different perspectives,and finally proposes effective ways to cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students.Through the entire process of"theory-practice-practice again"input and output,a more complete and effective cultivation model is constructed,to cultivate a group of excellent innovative talents for society.
