摘要

高校是会计人才培养的重要输出基地,通过与时俱进、多措并举地加强对学生创新实践能力的培养,有助于进一步提升学生的职业素养和社会适应能力.学科竞赛作为高校会计专业培养优质、创新人才的重要依托,高校要以"建构主义学习理论"为指导,切实发挥学科竞赛的优势赋能.本文从新时代会计专业创新实践能力培养的价值谈起,分析了学科竞赛对会计专业实践教学的核心驱动效能,提出了学科竞赛驱动下会计创新实践教学的优化路径.

Abstract

Universities are an important output base for the cultivation of accounting talents.Keeping up with the times and taking multiple measures to strengthen the cultivation of students'innovative and practical abilities are helpful to further enhance students'professional literacy and social adaptability.As a key support for cultivating high-quality and innovative talents in accounting majors in universities,subject competition requires universities to use the"constructivist learning theory"as a guide and effectively leverages the advantages and empowerment of subject competitions.Starting from the clarification of the value of cultivating innovative practical abilities in the accounting majors in the new era,this paper analyzes the core driving effect of subject competition on practical teaching in the accounting majors,proposes an optimization path for accounting innovative practical teaching assisted by subject competition.
