Research on the Construction of College English Curriculum Comprehensive Evaluation System based on TQM Therory
This study aims to build a comprehensive evaluation system for college English courses based on the theory of TQM(Total Quality Management).First of all,through literature review,the important principles of TQM theory in organizational management are sorted out,including full participation,continuous improvement,customer satisfaction,system thinking,and data driven.Secondly,according to the characteristics and needs of college English courses,the first level indicators are put forward,including full participation,continuous improvement,customer satisfaction,system thinking,data driven,and the weight value of each indicator.Then,the data collection steps are designed,including students'choice of curriculum elements,weight assignment,satisfaction evaluation,and comprehensive analysis method based on fuzzy mathematics.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation system are verified by empirical research.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation system of college English curriculum based on TQM can comprehensively and scientifically evaluate the quality and teaching effect of courses,and provide an important reference for improving the teaching quality and students'satisfaction.
