基于泵后球阀调节的泵站输水系统水锤防护研究

输水工程作为缓解国内水资源时空分配不均的重要举措,其运行安全日渐成为研究重点。以西部地区某市输水工程为研究对象,利用水锤基本理论与数值模拟相结合的方法,对设置空气罐防护的高扬程输水系统水泵掉电造成的泵后管道超压、应用泵后球阀调节的有效性进行研究。结果表明,采用合理的操作方式对泵后球阀进行开关,可有效解决输水管道超压问题,减小工程所需的空气罐体积,降低建设成本。
Research on water hammer protection of water conveyance system of pumping station based on valve adjustment of pump back
As an important measure to alleviate the uneven spatial and temporal distribution of domestic water resources,the operation safety of water delivery projects become the focus of research.This study takes a water delivery project in a city in the western region as the research object.By combining the basic theory of water hammer with numerical simulation,the overpressure of the pipeline after the pump caused by the power failure of the water pump in the high-lift water delivery system with air tank protection and the effectiveness of the adjustment of the ball valve after the pump are studied.The results show that the reasonable operation method of opening and closing the ball valve after the pump can effectively solve the overpressure problem of the wa-ter delivery pipeline,reduce the volume of the air tank required for the project,and reduce the construction cost.
