Digital Empowers the Government to Purchase Sports Public Services Accurately:the Value of The Times,the Realistic Dilemma and the Way to Advance
Digital enables the government to purchase sports public services accurately,which is an important guarantee for the re-alization of scientific and reasonable decision-making of government purchase and efficient and orderly supply of sports public services.By using literature and logical analysis,this paper explains the multiple values and logical path of the precision of the digital enabling government's purchase of sports public services,explores the realistic dilemma and puts forward the promotion path.The study believes that the precision of digital enabling government to purchase sports public services has the epochal value of broadening the scope of governance subjects,leading the reform of supply thinking,and promoting efficient allocation of re-sources.At present,the digital empowerment government's purchase of sports public service precision still has realistic difficulties such as lack of digital empowerment precision governance concept,lagging technology development and application,unfavorable system protection and insufficient linkage of the main body.Based on this,the following promotion path is proposed:reach a con-sensus on the overlapping of the precision concept of government purchase of sports public services and the concept of big data,accelerate the development and application of big data information technology in government purchase of sports public services,strengthen the construction of institutional norms for the digital transformation of government purchase of sports public services,and promote the integration of government purchase of sports public services information resources and main body coordination.
