Clinical Observation on Acuquncture Combined With Celecoxib for Treatment of Traumatic Synvitis of Knee Joint in Athletes
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with celecoxib capsule in the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint in athletes.Methods:30 second-level athletes from Jilin Provincial Sports School were randomly divided into treatment groups and control groups,15 cases in each group. The treatment groups received acupuncture combined with oral celeoxib capsule, and the control groups received oral celeoxib capsule alone. After 4 weeks of treatment,VAS score and knee joint function score(Lysholm)of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Musculoskeletal ultrasound was used to observe the thickness of knee synovium and the depth of joint effusion before and after treatment in the two groups, and the above data were statistically analyzed and processed to finally draw a conclusion.Compared with before treatment,VAS scores were sig-nificantly decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),Lysholm scores were significantly increased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),knee synovial thickness and effusion depth were significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Comparing with each other,VAS score,Lysholm score, synovial thickness and effusion thickness of knee joint showed no difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable. After treatment,VAS score,Lysholm score, knee synovial thickness and effusion thickness were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05),and the effect of the treatment groups were significantly better than that of the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment groups were higher than that of the control groups, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with celecoxib capsule and oral celecoxib capsule are effective in the treatment of athletes with traumatic synovitis of knee joins, and the curative effect of the treatment groups is better than that of the control groups.
