Governance of Adolescent Physical Literacy Education:Objectives,Dilemmas,and Strategies
From the perspective of governance,this study comprehensively examines goals and realistic dilemmas of physical litera-cy education for adolescents and puts forward some strategies to improve the governance effectiveness of physical literacy education that promotes the improvement of adolescent physical literacy.Method:This paper systematically reviews relevant literature by the method of literature data to clarify the governance goals and existing dilemmas and puts forward corresponding governance strate-gies for adolescent physical literacy education.Results:There are many challenges and difficulties in the governance of physical literacy education for adolescents in China,including the uneven distribution of physical education resources in schools,cognitive bias of physical education in families and society,etc.Further,the strategies of optimizing the basic environment of governance and improving the evaluation mechanism of adolescent physical literacy are put forward.Conclusion:The governance goal should focus on promoting youth physical and mental health,cultivating lifelong sports awareness and ability,and building a perfect sports public service system in physical literacy education for adolescents.To improve the governance efficiency of adolescent physical literacy education,it is necessary to build a collaborative governance mechanism among school,family and society and ensure the priority development of physical education.
