Efficiency Measurement,Regional Differences and Dynamic Evolution Characteristics of Public Sports Service in China
Public sports services are an important way to meet the people's sports needs and improve the physical quality of the whole population,while efficient public sports services are conducive to promoting the development of sports.This paper uses the super-efficient SBM and Malmquist index model to measure the static and dynamic efficiency of public sports services in 31 prov-inces in China from 2016 to 2020,and analyzes the regional differences and dynamic evolution characteristics of the efficiency of China's public sports services with the help of Dagum's Gini coefficient and Kernel density estimation.The study finds that:China's overall public sports service efficiency is not high,and shows a certain downward trend,there are certain differences be-tween provinces and regions,and the development trend of"Central>East>West"is shown among regions;from the dynamic analysis of Malmquist index,the total factor productivity of China's public sports service in most years is greater than 1,showing a fluctuation of the total factor productivity index.index is greater than 1 in most years,showing a fluctuating upward trend,the de-cline in efficiency is mainly constrained by technological progress;the regional differences in the efficiency level of China's public sports services are expanding,and its main sources and contribution rate are intra-regional differences,inter-regional differ-ences and hypervariable density,the efficiency of the public sports services in the central region is relatively stable,and the effi-ciency of the public sports services in the east and the west has certain multilevel differentiation phenomenon.
