Research on the Strategy of Physical Education Professional Talent Training under the Perspective of Teacher Specialty Certification
This study aims to explore the talent cultivation strategies for physical education majors under the background of teacher specialty certification in normal education.By employing literature analysis and typological analysis methods,combined with in-depth exchanges with 23 representative teams from 22 provinces,the current status of talent cultivation in physical education ma-jors is comprehensively examined.A series of strategies are proposed to address core issues such as the separation of professional education from ideological and political education,the competitiveness of subject education,the incompatibility between physical education and teacher education,and the imbalance between general and individual education:practicing teacher ethics by con-structing a curriculum ideological and political education target system,optimizing teaching content and methods,and deepening the cultivation mechanism of ideological and political education awareness and ability;learning to teach by integrating subject knowledge with technical skills,promoting educational internships and research,strengthening the mentor system,and focusing on the construction of practical bases;learning to educate by enhancing the strategic position of educational courses,strengthening the connotation construction of educational courses,and promoting the deep integration of physical education with teacher educa-tion;learning to develop by activating student-centered teaching models,teacher growth and personalized training,and compre-hensively improving the multidimensional evaluation of educational quality.
