Prospects of Chinnese Men's Gymnastics in the Paris Olympics Games from the Perspective of New Rules——Based on the Results of the World Gymnastics Championships in Liverpool
By using the methods of literature,video observation and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the results of the men's first World Gymnastics Championships under the new rules of the Paris Olympic cycle,points out the existing problems of Chinese gymnasts in the competition,and provides countermeasures for the Chinese men's gymnastics team for the Paris Olympic Games.The study shows that:(1)The modification of the new rules has provided a broader space for the selection of techniques and tactics for Chinese men's gymnastics team for the Paris Olympic Games.(2)Chinese men's gymnastics team achieved excel-lent results in theWorld Gymnastics Championships in Liverpool by ranking first in the gold medal list,but still failed to improve the weak points.(3)There are some problems in the competition,such as insufficient understanding of the new rules,prominent physical deficiencies of athletes,injuries and so on.(4)Specific countermeasures for different apparatus according to the new rules,in addition to strengthen physical training and formulate scientific countermeasures to reduce injuries.
