The Theoretical Connotation,Value Implication and Implementation Strategy of Flexible Management of School Coaches
The coach is the key person to promote the high quality development of school sports,and effective human resource management measures are the core link to give full play to the subjective initiative of the coach.By using the methods of expert interview and field investigation,the author believes that the connotation and characteristics of the flexible management of school coaches are embodied in the management concept of"people-oriented"and paying attention to the play of the school coaches'in-ner drive,advocating the management mode of"voluntary service",emphasizing the service,coordination and feedback of school coaches,following the management subject of"organizational adaptation",the allocation of resources and respond to the needs of school coaches.The flexible management of school coaches has deep value implication,strengthening which is the core of school coach management,is the orientation of the new curriculum reform concept,and is the inevitable requirement of the special role of school coaches.Put forward the flexible management idea to stimulate the educational creation of school coaches,using flexible in-centive measures to awaken the development consciousness of school coaches;The implementation strategy of flexible management of school coaches to improve the service quality of school coaches with flexible organizational structure.
