具身认知理论下高校体育课程思政的内涵特征、价值意蕴及实践路径

基于具身认知理论视域,系统分析其内涵特征,阐释具身融合高校体育课程思政的价值意蕴并探赜实践路径。本研究运用文献分析、对比分析和资料分析法,探讨了具身认知理论与体育课程思政的共促融合之路。研究认为,具身认知理论下高校体育课程思政有助于感知与身体的联结、认知与环境的依赖以及运动与情绪的迸发。价值层面,具身认知理论有助于学生培养坚韧品质,鼓舞爱国顽强勇气,树立尊重竞争意识,赓续中华传统文化。立足于高校体育课程思政,从提升高校体育教师具身认知教学观念、注重学生身体和情感投入、广泛应用情景教学法、多维交互促进教学四个方面,提出高校体育课程思政的实践路径,以提升高校体育课程思政的应用效果,促进学生素质的全面发展。
The Connotation Characteristics,Value,Implication and Practice of College Physical Education Curriculum Thinking and Politics Under Embodied Cognition Theory
Based on the perspective of embodied cognition theory,this paper systematically analyzes its connotation and characteris-tics,explains the value and implications of embodied integration of ideological and political education in college physical education courses,and explores practical paths.This study uses literature analysis,comparative analysis and data analysis to explore the in-tegration of embodied congnition theory and physical eduation curriculum ideology and polities.Research suggests that under the theory of embodied cognition,ideological and political education in college physical education courses can facilitate the connection between perception and the body,the dependence of cognition on the environment,and the burst of movement and emotions.On the value level,embodied cognition theory can teach beyond resilience,inspire patriotic courage,establish a sense of respect for competition,and continue traditional Chinese culture.Based on the ideological and political education of college physical educa-tion courses,this paper proposes a practical path for ideological and political education in college physical education courses from four aspects:enhancing the embodied cognitive teaching concept of college physical education teachers,emphasizing students'physical and emotional involvement,widely applying situational teaching methods,and promoting multidimensional interaction to enhance teaching.The aim is to improve the application effect of ideological and political education in college physical education courses and promote the comprehensive development of students'quality.
