Digital Strategy Transformation in the Sports Goods Manufacturing Industry Driven by Dual Carbon Targets:Driving Mechanisms,Realistic Challenges, and Solutions
Accelerating the digital strategy transformation in the sports goods manufacturing industry is a crucial measure to achieve dual carbon targets.Using methods such as literature review, this study explores the dynamic mechanisms, realistic bottlenecks, and solutions for the digital strategy transformation driven by dual carbon targets in the sports goods manufacturing industry. The research suggests that the driving mechanisms for digital strategy transformation consist of the push-pull dynamics, endogenous and external driving forces, state performance mechanisms, and main response mechanisms. The main challenges identified in-clude rigid fiscal barriers,an incomplete fiscal policy system, weak green and low-carbon development concepts,an imperfect legal system for green production and consumption, the absence of a carbon data management platform,an immature carbon mar-ket trading system, insufficient reserves of composite digital talents, and weak digital technology innovation capabilities. To ad-dress these challenges, the study proposes solutions such as promoting fiscal system reform, improving the fiscal security policy system, establishing a green and low-carbon mindset, perfecting the legal system for green production and consumption,enhan-cing the carbon data management platform, developing the carbon market and carbon pricing mechanisms, cultivating composite digital talents, and strengthening green and low-carbon technology innovation capabilities.
