Construction and Empirical Analysis of Core Literacy Evaluation Index System for Pre-service Physical Education Teachers
Physical education is indispensable as part of the implementation of the fundamental task of Cultivating morelity and Cultivating people.The physical education majors of colleges and universities carry the heavy responsibility of training physical ed-ucation teachers.High-quality teachers are the backbone of the development of high-quality education,and cultivating pre-vocational education teachers with high-quality development and high-level self-reliance is a key link in the construction of a high-quality education system.Using literature method,Delphi method,mathematical statistics and other methods to build a core literacy evaluation index system for pre-service physical education teachers.The evaluation index system includes:5 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators,and 47 third-level indicators of teacher ethics and teacher style literacy,professional discipline literacy,teaching literacy,education literacy,and independent development literacy;Use the hierarchical analysis method(AHP)to calculate the weight coefficient of each level of the evaluation index system and complete the weight assignment;use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out the empirical application of the evaluation index system.In order to an-swer and solve the fundamental question of"how to evaluate,how to evaluate,and how to train"pre-service physical education teachers,promote the implementation of the core literacy of physical education disciplines,lay the foundation for the training of high-quality,professional and innovative physical education teachers.
