Research on the Practical Path of High-Quality Development of the National Civil Games——Based on Stakeholder Theory Perspective
The national civil games is a platform for the exchange and development of traditional sports and culture of all nationali-ties,carrying the mission of the inheritance and development of traditional sports and culture of nationalities.Based on the docu-mentary method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and DEMATEL analysis method,this paper explores the main stakeholders and the relationship network of mutual roles in the development of the national civil games from the perspective of stakeholder theory.The results of the study show that the government,organizers,media,sponsors and athletes are the most im-portant stakeholders and constitute a complex network of interests among each other.Accordingly,four practical strategies are pro-posed for the high-quality development of the national civil games.Namely,strengthening the top-level design and joining ef-forts to forge a strong sense of Chinese national community;innovating the management mode and deepening the mutual integration of traditional and modern sports;attaching importance to the integration of resources and attracting enterprises to pay attention to the development of the National Civil Games;and strengthening digital empowerment and enhancing the influence of traditional na-tional sports activities.
