An Evolutionary Game Analysis of the Cooperation Among Government,Enterprise and Society to Promote the Development of Sports Social Instructors in Jilin Province
The development of the social sports instructor team depends on the collaborative participation of multiple subjects,and the game relationship between different subjects is the key to the high-quality construction of the team.By examining the practi-cal problems of government-enterprise-community cooperation to promote the development of social sports instructors,based on the perspective of multi-subject collaboration,using evolutionary game method,the game relationship between relevant interest subjects is systematically combed,and the future development trend and strategy of government-enterprise-community coopera-tion are explored.The research finds that the government is an important leader of multi-subject collaborative governance in the cooperation between government,enterprise and society,and the quality of resources in the cooperation between enterprises and government is the key to the development of social sports instructors,and the cooperation between government and enterprise and society is a stable strategy to promote the development of social sports instructors,especially for Jilin Province,which needs to grasp the strategic choice of different subjects.Based on the results of evolutionary game analysis,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the government,enterprises and communities to participate in the construction and development of social sports in-structor team:the government should set up institutional guarantee and coordinate and supervise the behavior strategies of multiple subjects;Community rational participation in the construction,forming a multi-dimensional cooperative construction system;En-terprises establish long-term planning to achieve"precise support"of resource elements.
