The Trend of The Times,the Predicament of Reality and the Way to Advance the Comprehensive Reform of the Graduate Education of College Physical Education
Graduate education undertakes the important task of cultivating high-level talents for the Party and the country,and is the highest level of academic education.The comprehensive reform of graduate studies in college physical education is not only the due meaning of educational reform,but also the new trend of the comprehensive reform and development of China's educational cause in the new era.This study adopts the research methods of literature data and expert consultation to systematically sort out the policies and guidelines issued by the state for the comprehensive reform of graduate education of sports majors in colleges and uni-versities,clarify the current trend of the comprehensive reform of graduate education of sports majors in colleges and universities,and aim to find the realistic difficulties they are facing.The results show that there are the following problems in the comprehen-sive education reform:social change poses new challenges,and the talent training mechanism needs to be innovated;the role of tutor is not obvious enough,and the comprehensive level needs to be improved;the graduate training system needs to be im-proved,and the degree of international communication is low.The research points out that the future education mechanism should be innovated to select and train innovative talents;reform the system of teacher evaluation,recruitment and management,and strengthen the construction of the team of tutors;improve the comprehensive reform and training system of college sports graduate education,so as to promote the comprehensive reform of college sports graduate education,and train a group of high-level com-posite talents to meet the needs of society.
