By using the methods of literature,logical analysis,empirical cases and other research methods,the logical demonstra-tion,empirical analysis,experience summary and reflection have been carried out on the empirical teaching method to improve the ideological and political effect of physical education courses.It is believed that the adoption of experience teaching to enhance the ideological and political effect of physical education courses is complied with,reasonable and agreeable due to the need for ideo-logical and political education to strengthen practice,the"recognize"characteristics of physical knowledge learning,and the tri-ple logic of the physical education curriculum practice platform.Theoretically,under the principle of firmly grasping the integra-tion of the ideological and political elements of sports and the specific teaching situation,the experiential teaching framework is classified and designed for the three modules of pre-class,in-class and after-class of college physical education.In practice,the"big unit sports"mode teaching with"3 classrooms"as the practice position,corresponding to the"physical education ideo-logical and political courses"as the center of"experiential teaching",and promotes the high integration of sports ideological and political elements with"teaching,diligent practice and regular competition"as the main line of training and"reasoning,under-standing ideas,and seeing action"as the educational theme,it has achieved a certain teaching effect and experience reflect on practice.In the process of using experiential teaching to improve the ideological and political effect of physical education courses,it is necessary to conscientiously achieve the"true",good"and"right"of experience.
