论艺术管理美学要素转化美育实践之路径

高校美育建设是中国推进"十四五"教育强国进程中的关键一步,高校美育体系的构建与完善,关系着以艺术美育延伸社会美育,最终实现全民美育目标的基础与方向.随着新文科建设进入到改革深水区,以艺术管理为代表的新兴专业需加快建设自身的美育体系,实现从最初专业技术的人才培养目标过渡到专业技术与审美人格兼容并蓄的人才培养目标,完成从艺术管理的"教育实践"向"美育实践"的转化.这种转化的实践路径蕴藏在艺术管理本体之中,通过艺术管理美学方法论,对其进行思考、探索、论证,揭示艺术管理本体中艺术美学要素与管理美学要素,以及两种要素转化为专业的美育实践路径的底层逻辑,进而对艺术管理专业的美育体系建设与发展产生一定参考和借鉴的意义.
On the Pathways of Transforming Aesthetic Elements in Art Management into Aesthetic Education Practice
The construction of aesthetic education in higher education institutions is a crucial step in China's process of advancing the"14th Five-Year Plan"for building a strong educational nation.The establishment and improvement of the aesthetic education system in higher education are fundamental to extending social aesthetic education through artistic aesthetic education,ultimately achieving the goal of universal aesthetic education.As the New Liberal Arts Construction enters a deep reform stage,emerging disciplines represented by art management need to accelerate the construction of their aesthetic education systems.This requires transitioning from the initial goal of cultivating technical talents to a goal that integrates technical skills with aesthetic personality,thus achieving the transformation from"educational practice"in art management to"aesthetic education practice".This transformation pathway is inherent within the discipline of art management.By employing the methodology of art management aesthetics,this paper reflects on,explores,and demonstrates the underlying logic of how the aesthetic elements of art management and management aesthetics transform into professional aesthetic education practice pathways.This study aims to provide valuable references for the construction and development of the aesthetic education system in the art management discipline.
