习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想引领下高校辅导员美育浸润行动路径研究

高校思政教育工作受全球多元复杂因素影响,需面对易变、复杂、模糊、不确定的社会大环境.为防止大学生陷入偏离社会主义核心价值观的风险,要在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想引领下开展高校辅导员的美育浸润工作,通过"以美润心""以美增信""以美促学""以美育人"四项高校辅导员美育浸润行动来抵消不利的社会大环境给予高校辅导员的角色挑战,实现大学生对辅导员美育浸润的角色期待,全面提升大学生审美素养和综合素质,最终实现高校为党和国家培养出德才兼备、全面发展的社会主义合格建设者和接班人的目标.
Research on the Path of Aesthetic Education Immersion Actions by College Counselors Under the Guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era
College ideological and political education is influenced by global diverse and complex factors,requiring adaptation to a volatile,complex,ambiguous,and uncertain social environment.To prevent students from deviating from the core socialist values,college counselors must carry out aesthetic education immersion work under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.This study proposes four aesthetic education immersion actions:"nourishing the heart with beauty,""strengthening confidence with beauty,""promoting learning through beauty,"and"cultivating people with beauty."These actions aim to counteract the challenges posed by the adverse social environment to college counselors,meet students'expectations for aesthetic education immersion,and comprehensively enhance their aesthetic literacy and overall competence.Ultimately,this contributes to the cultivation of morally and intellectually competent socialist builders and successors for the Party and country.
