Innovative Design of Chinese Traditional Patterns Based on Shape Grammar:A Case Study of Huayao Embroidery
This study uses the innovative design of Huayao embroidery patterns as a starting point to explore new patterns with Chinese ethnic characteristics that meet contemporary aesthetic standards through the use of shape grammar.By analyzing and extracting the original forms of patterns,shape grammar derivation rules are applied to generate new patterns.The use of shape grammar allows for the creation of innovative patterns that reflect Chinese ethnic characteristics while catering to modern aesthetic needs.When applied to cultural and creative products,these designs can meet the diverse demands of today's market.The innovative design of Huayao embroidery patterns through shape grammar provides new approaches to the development and preservation of traditional Chinese patterns and modern design.
