Pathways for Integrating Regional Culture into Specialty Food Packaging Design from a Figurative Design Perspective
In the context of cultural tourism,integrating regional culture into specialty food packaging design is a creative transformation and innovative development of China's excellent traditional culture.Currently,the lack of distinct cultural attributes,weak regional characteristics,and insufficient application of green design concepts in specialty food packaging limit the market competitiveness and cultural dissemination of such products.This study proposes pathways for integrating regional culture into specialty food packaging design from a figurative design perspective,focusing on extracting cultural symbols,translating images,and presenting designs in terms of patterns,forms,and materials.Through design,regional culture can empower specialty foods,offering reference points for packaging design and strengthening the spread and influence of regional culture,thereby promoting cultural confidence and self-strengthening.
