Exploration of Talent Training Models for University Music Teacher Education Under the New Art Curriculum Standards
The Compulsory Education Art Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)creatively integrate music,visual arts,dance,drama(including traditional Chinese opera),and film(including digital media)into a unified art curriculum.This marks a new stage in China's basic art education reform,aligning with international art education practices.Consequently,university-level music teacher education programs must undergo significant adjustments.Grounded in an integrated framework for"primary-secondary-higher education"art education development,this study begins by addressing the new requirements set forth by the new standards.It analyzes the professional competencies required of primary and secondary school music teachers and establishes an"outcome-oriented"talent training goal for universities.Key recommendations include enhancing curricula with a focus on"teacher training,""comprehensiveness,"and"cultural heritage,"expanding pathways for artistic and educational practice,and constructing an integrated practical field that bridges schools,basic education bases,and society.These strategies aim to provide theoretical and practical guidance for cultivating art teachers equipped to meet the demands of the new era.
