The Constructive Logic of Teacher Leadership in Integrated Art Education from the Perspective of Role Transition
Under the guidance of the New Art Curriculum Standards,promoting integrated art education across primary,secondary,and higher education has become a key direction in the development of art education.This study focuses on the central role of teacher leadership in integrated art education and explores the relationship between teacher role transitions and leadership development.By integrating role theory and leadership theory,it analyzes the theoretical,problem-based,and constructive dimensions of how enhancing teacher leadership facilitates the effective implementation of integrated art education.The research offers a fresh perspective for school administrators and frontline teachers,aiding in understanding and addressing the challenges of role transitions and leadership development in the context of art education reform.It provides theoretical insights and practical suggestions for advancing the integration of art education.
