摘要
"双一流"战略为地方高校的转型发展提供了政策遵循、难得机遇和重大挑战.如何在先天条件相对不足的基础上实现高质量发展是当前地方高校需要回应的重大课题.研究立足集美大学近五年的"大改革、大调整、大发展",从办学定位、科学研究、教学创新、人才建设、服务地方5 个方面呈现地方高校创新治理机制的生动实践,为地方高校"双一流"建设的立体化作为提供参考与启示.
Abstract
The"Double First Class"strategy provides policy guidance and rare opportunities for the transformation and development of local universities,but also brings significant challenges.How to achieve high-quality develop-ment on the basis of relatively insufficient innate conditions is a major issue that local universities urgently need to solve.Based on the past five years of major reforms,adjustments,and development,Jimei University presents a vivid practice of local universities innovating governance mechanisms to achieve high-quality development from the dimensions of educational positioning,scientific research,teaching innovation,talent construction,and serving the local community.This provides reference and inspiration for the three-dimensional construction of"Double First Class"in local universities.
