作为一项关系性活动,语文教学倾听指向人、观照人、培养人和完善人,在框架上表现为"两主体三层面五要素",从外部语言要素到内部思维与心理要素,落点为行为与精神要素.语文教学倾听的言说主体在语言上真诚自然,思维上富有启迪,心理上产生共情,行为上反应及时,精神上积极关注;倾听主体则感到内心温暖、豁然开朗、你我共在、获得支持、实现成长.语文教学倾听遵循四重运行机理:从有界自我走向开放自我,从聚焦自我走向同步敏感,从集体独舞走向关系共舞,从孤立行动走向联合共创.在充满关怀情愫、如家温暖的教学场域内,师生共享倾听之美,成为语文教学倾听的运行愿景.
The Framework Analysis and Operation Mechanism of Listeningin Chinese Teaching
As a relational activity,listening in Chinese teaching points to people,concerns people,cultivates peo-ple,and improves people.In the framework,it is manifested as"two subjects,three levels and five elements",from external language elements to internal thinking and psychological elements,and focuses on behavior and spirit elements.The speaking subject of listening in Chinese teaching is sincere and natural in language,enlightening in thinking,empathizing in psychology,reacting in time in behavior,and paying active attention in spirit.The liste-ner will feel warm,enlightened,you and I together,get support,achieve growth.Listening in Chinese teaching follows the four-fold operation mechanism:from bounded self to open self,from self-focus to synchro-sensitivity,from collective solo dance to relationship dance,from isolated action to joint creation.In the teaching field,which is full of caring feelings and warm like home,teachers and students share the beauty of listening,which becomes the vision of listening in Chinese teaching.
