Cultivating good youth in the new era is a fundamental plan for passing on the cause of the Party and the people.It is proposed by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,focusing on the funda-mental issue of the successor of the revolutionary cause,adhering to the Marxist concept of youth,systematically summarizing the successful experience of the Party's leadership of youth work over the past hundred years,and ex-tracting experience from the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,which is the lat-est theoretical achievement of Xi Jinping's concept of youth.As far as the core content is concerned,good youth in the new era should have ideals and set up aspirations,dare to bear the responsibilities and be strong doers,be a-ble to suffer and be contributors,and be willing to struggle and be strivers.We must constantly adhere to the Party's political guidance of youth,actively improve the education mechanism in colleges and universities,scientif-ically build a network education system,gradually broaden the international vision of contemporary youth,and strive to cultivate more good youth in the new era who can reassure the party,develop comprehensively and shoul-der the great responsibilities.
