The Realistic Dilemmas and Possible Paths of the Implementation of the" Double Reduction" Policy:From the Perspective of Embodied Cognition
The implementation of the" Double Reduction" Policy still faces challenges such as educational anxie-ty not being alleviated,traditional teaching methods not yet changed,and the inability to guarantee the quality of after-school services.Embodied education has the characteristics of integrating body and mind,knowing and ex-periencing oneself,and integrating body and environment,which provides the possibility for the implementation of the " double reduction" policy.The implementation of the " double reduction" policy can alleviate educational anxiety by adhering to the principle of" integrating body and mind";Create" experiential situations" and advo-cate embodied teaching;Provide personalized services and meet individual needs in three aspects.
