Intervention Study of Group Music Therapy on Exam Anxiety of College Students
Exam anxiety is one of the common psychological problems among current college students,which has a significant impact on their physical and mental health and academic performance.The aim of this study is to explore the intervention effect of group music therapy on exam anxiety in college students.Thirty college students with exam anxiety were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group was treated with group music therapy for a period of four weeks through comprehensive use of three methods:receptive music therapy,creative music therapy,and improvisational music therapy.The research results indicated that group music therapy has an ideal intervention effect on exam anxiety among college students;And the intervention effect of group music therapy on college students'exam anxiety has a certain sustainability.
