中国式现代化构成了中国式教育现代化的出场语境.中国式教育现代化是指一种高水平的发展过程(状态).其显著特征体现为四个坚持,分别是:坚持党的领导、贯彻党的教育方针的社会主义教育现代化;坚持中国特色和教育优先发展的教育现代化;坚持以人民为中心、不断满足人民优质教育需求的教育现代化;坚持改革创新、系统和统筹推进的教育现代化.中国式教育现代化的战略任务包括:学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想;发展中国特色世界先进水平的优质教育;推动高质量高水平的教育普及;实现基本公共教育服务均等化;加快构建服务全民的终身学习体系;提升一流的人才培养与创新能力;加强高素质专业化创新型的教师队伍建设;加快推进教育信息化建设;扩大教育对外开放;推进教育治理体系和教育治理能力现代化.其所具有的世界意义是:为世界教育现代化版图增添了多样性;为发展中国家探索教育现代化道路提供了中国智慧;为推动构建人类命运共同体提供了重要力量.
Abstract
Chinese path to modernization constitutes the context of modernization of Chinese path to educational modernization.Chinese path to educational modernization refers to a high-level development process(state).Its remarkable features are reflected in the four principles,namely:first,adhere to the party's leadership and imple-ment the socialist education modernization under the party's education policy.Second,uphold the educational mod-ernization with Chinese characteristics and prioritize education development.Third,focus on people-centered edu-cational modernization and constantly meeting the needs of the people for high-quality education.Fourth,promo-ting educational modernization with innovation,systematic,and comprehensive advancement.The strategic tasks of Chinese path to educational modernization includes:studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era;improving the education quality;promoting the popularization of high-quality and advanced education;equalizing basic public education services;accelerating the construction of a lifelong learning system that serves the entire population;fostering teachers who are of high quality,professionals,and innovative;promoting education informatization;engaging in international exchange in education;building a modern education governance system.The world's significance it has is to add diversity to the modernized territory of the world's education;to provide Chinese wisdom for developing countries to explore the modernization of educa-tion in education;it to provide important impetus for promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
