教育促进共同富裕的内在机理与实践进路

共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,也是党和国家领导人一直致力于实现的目标.教育的基础性、全局性、先导性使其在推进共同富裕中扮演着重要角色.教育既是共同富裕的蕴含要素,也是实现共同富裕的重要路径.通过高质量教育夯实共同富裕的物质基础,通过优质均衡教育缩小不同群体间的贫富差距,通过打造文化精品提升国民整体精神富裕程度,教育有助于促进物质和精神的双重共同富裕.但当前我国教育领域的人才培养仍然存在短板,教育不均衡发展问题仍然严峻,教育对人民精神富裕度的提升仍显不足,需要在优化人才培养体系、强化公平正义格局、加强文化精品供给等方面进行破局.
Education Promotes Common Prosperity:Theoretical Mechanism and Breakthrough Direction
Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and the goal that the party and state leaders have always sought to achieve.The nature and features of education determine that it plays an important role in promoting common prosperity.Education is not only a component of common prosperity,but also a key to attaining it.Education can contribute to both material and spiritual prosperity in that high-quality education can lay a solid material foundation for common prosperity,balanced and quality education can narrow the gap between the rich and the poor,and fine culture can promote the spiritual wealth for all the people.However,it is noteworthy that the cultivation of talents in education still has shortcomings,the problem of unbalanced development of education is still severe,and the improvement of education to the people's spiritual affluence is still insufficient.Thus,meas-ures shall be taken in terms of optimizing the talent training system,strengthening the pattern of fairness and jus-tice,and expanding the supply of cultural products.
