摘要

海外华文教育标准化建设有助于提升华文教育质量,促进中华文化传承和中外文明互鉴,但已有研究在目标的精准性、内容的规范性、原则的科学性等方面仍有待完善.立足新时代,标准化建设可考虑以下路径:(1)不把华文教育纳入所在国国民教育体系作为统一目标,标准化建设旨在为国内各级侨办和海外华文教育机构相关工作提供借鉴,为华文教育与国际中文教育的对接、协同发展提供思路;(2)形式上构成要素全面,内容上衡量尺度适当;(3)重视研究数据的共享,锚定标准体系的落地.

Abstract

The standardization of overseas Chinese language education helps to improve the quality of heritage Chinese language education,promote the inheritance of Chinese culture,and promote mutual learning between Chinese and other civilizations.However,there are still shortcomings in the accuracy of goals,standardization of content,and scientificity of principles in exist-ing research.The standardization in the new era can be strengthened from the following aspects:(1)inclusion in the national edu-cation system of the host country should not be taken as a unified goal,experiences should be provided for the work of overseas Chinese offices and heritage Chinese language education institutions,and suggestions should be provided for the integration and coordinated development of heritage Chinese language education and international Chinese language education;(2)in terms of form,the constituent elements should be comprehensive,and in terms of content,the"scale"should be appropriately measured;(3)the emphasis should be on the sharing of research data,and the focus should be fixed on the application of standard systems.
