Innovation resilience is of great significance to enhance the anti-risk ability of high-tech industries and achieve high-quality development.This paper selects the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2012 to 2022 to empirically test the impact of innovation resilience on the high-quality development of high-tech industries.The results show that innovation resilience has a significant positive effect on the high-quality development of high-tech industries,and it is still valid after a variety of robustness tests.The heterogeneity analysis reveals that the high-quality development of high-tech industries empowered by innovation resilience exhibits progressively pronounced regional characteristics,transitioning from the western to the central and eastern regions.The moderating effect shows that the government's innovation preference,the level of opening up to the outside world and the intensity of environmental regulation play different moderating roles in the process of innovation resilience empowering the high-quality development of high-tech industries.The threshold effect shows that in the process of innovation resilience empowering the high-quality development of high-tech industries,there is a marginal decreasing effect with innovation resilience and innovation environment resilience as the threshold,as well as a marginal increasing effect with the resilience of innovation subjects and innovation output as the threshold.
