摘要

数字乡村建设的主要目标是利用网络化、数字化和智能化等信息技术化解"三农"问题、推进乡村振兴.而要实现这个目标最根本的任务是提升农民努力学习和应用数字信息技术的能力,亦即培育乡村振兴和数字乡村建设的新质生产者.首先,应摆正数字城镇建设、数字政府建设同数字乡村建设的关系,避免数字乡村建设"悬浮"于"三农"之上;其次,在新型农业经营主体已有一定程度发展的基础上,应优先培育家庭农场、农业合作社和农业企业中的新质生产者;再次,应因地制宜地培育多层次、多类型的乡村建设新质生产者,通过典型形象的感性化传播,为乡村振兴和数字乡村建设探寻积极有效的路径.

Abstract

The primary objective of digital village construction is to harness information technologies such as net-working,digitalization and intelligence to address the"three rural issues"and foster rural revitalization.To attain this goal,the most foundational task is to enhance farmers'capabilities in studying and applying digital information technologies,thereby cultivating new quality producers for rural revitalization and digital village construction.Firstly,it is essential to clarify the relationships among digital town construction,digital government construction and digital village construction to prevent digital village construction from being detached from the"three rural is-sues".Secondly,building upon the development of new agricultural business entities,priority should be given to cultivating new quality producers within family farms,agricultural cooperatives,and agricultural enterprises.Addi-tionally,based on local conditions,new quality producers of different levels and types for rural construction should be cultivated,and effective pathways for rural revitalization and digital village construction should be explored through the perceptual communication of typical images.
