The effect of electrostatically spun astragalus polysaccharide composite nanofibre dressings on improving lower limb venous ulcers
Objective:To explore the curative effect of electrostatically spun astragalus polysaccharide composite nanofibre dressings on lower limb venous ulcers patients.Methods:From April 2023 to December 2023,92 patients with lower limb venous ulcers admitted to a tertiary hospital in Sichuan Province were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method in a ratio of 1:1,with 46 cases in each group.The control group used conventional dressing changes,and the experimental group added electrostatically spun astragaloside composite nano-fibre dressing on the basis of the conventional dressing changes,and the intervention lasted for 4 weeks.The healing rate,number of dressing changes and quality of life scores of patients in both groups before and after 4 weeks of intervention were recorded,and the healing time was assessed after 3 months of follow-up.Results:After 4 weeks of intervention,the healing time,number of dressing changes and quality of life scores of patients in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time effect of healing rate,the interaction effect between groups and time,and the between-group effect were statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing rate of patients in the test group was higher than that of the control group after the 1 st week of intervention,after the 2nd week,after the 3rd week,and after the 4th week(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electrostatically spun astragalus polysaccharide composite nanofibre dressing can improve the healing rate of patients with lower limb venous ulcers,reduce the number of dressing changes,shorten the healing time,and improve the quality of life of patients.
