Status of Organic Rankine Cycle Power Generation Technology
In order to help domestic enterprises and research institutions to know the State of Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) power generation technology better,this paper tries to describe the technology Status from both market and technology by collecting major foreign products information,scientific literatures and domestic industry conditions.It is found that ORC generation technology is mature and developing rapidly in Europe and America.The maximum capacity of ORC generation is in geothermal areas.Among all productions,turbine is mainstream rather than expander.Asian markets,especially Chinese market has not been developed yet.Experimental studies are not enough in domestic research.Deviating practical engineering,fewer components designing or optimizing research and other issues are found,and domestic technology is not mature yet.Some manufacturers are developing their semi-industrial prototype,and there are still a number of key technologies need to be conquered.
