Research On Superposition Algorithm of Fast Dynamic and Static Loads for Spacecraft based on Modes
In order to quickly calculate the response of static and dynamic load superpositions in space-craft structure,it is necessary to combine the loads for the loads during post-processing.In this paper,the envelope simulation research is carried out for the explosive separation stage of the rocket thin-walled reinforced cabin structure,and a fast dynamic and static load superposition response algorithm based on modal data for coordinate changes is proposed,and the numerical integration method is used to solve the problem.Neglecting the influence of the phase when static and dynamic loads are superimposed will lead to a higher safety margin in the design of the spacecraft structure.This article compares the re-sponse calculation results of the commercial software and the modal-based fast dynamic and static load superposition algorithm,it is found that the results are basically the same,but the latter has the charac-teristics of fast speed and high efficiency.In this paper,the multi-parameter dynamic response optimi-zation under different phase differences and different time differences is also carried out in combination with the load time series of explosion separation.
