PCHE叶轮整流效果数值模拟研究

PCHE入口处有着成千上万的微型通道,流体进入通道时存在流量分配不均匀的问题,导致PCHE整体换热性能差,本文提出了一种叶轮型整流器来提高流量的均匀性分配.通过数值模拟的方法,以流体流量不均匀系数α和压降Pl作为性能指标进行了参数化对比,分析了整流器结构参数(中心圆环D、叶片的数量N和叶片螺距P)对入口封头内流场的影响.研究结果表明,叶轮对中心集中流量的破坏、诱导产生的多个涡流对流场均匀发展起到关键性作用,中心圆环直径越小,螺距越小时,叶轮的整流效果更好,四叶片叶轮由于其几何对称性,引导流体更均匀的分布在流道.
Numerical Simulation Study of Impeller Rectification Effect in PCHE
There are thousands of micro-channels at the entrance of PCHE,and there is a problem of uneven flow distribution when the fluid enters the channel,resulting in poor overall heat exchange per-formance of PCHE.By numerical simulation,the influence of the rectifier structural parameters(central ring D,number of blades N and blade pitch P)on the flow field in the inlet head was analyzed by param-eterizing and comparing the fluid flow inhomogeneity coefficient α and pressure drop Plas performance in-dicators.The results show that the impeller plays a key role in the destruction of the central concentrated flow rate and the uniform development of the induced multiple eddy currents on the flow field,the smaller the diameter of the central ring and the smaller the pitch,the better the rectification effect of the impel-ler,and the more uniform distribution of the guided fluid in the flow channel due to the geometric symme-try of the four-blade impeller.
