夏热冬暖地区办公建筑空调系统节能优化研究

随着社会经济的高速发展,办公建筑的数量及能耗日趋增加,为了缓解能源紧缺现状,对既有办公建筑的节能改造成为节约能耗、降低碳排放的重要手段之一.对于夏热冬暖地区,其办公建筑能耗主要为空调系统制冷,本文基于深圳市某办公建筑的原始空调系统,提出两种基于空调系统主要设备的节能优化方案,即磁悬浮机组+变频冷冻水系统、变流量机组+变频变流量系统.通过Trnsys软件对提出的2 种优化方案进行对比分析.结果表明,对冷水机组进行设备改换和采用变频技术能在一定程度上降低空调系统能耗,系统的COP有较大的提升.
Research on Energy-saving Optimization of Air Conditioning Systems in Office Buildings in Hot Summer and Warm Winter Areas
With the rapid development of social economy,the number and energy consumption of office buildings are increasing day by day.In order to alleviate the current situation of energy shortage,the en-ergy-saving transformation of existing office buildings has become one of the important means to save en-ergy consumption and reduce carbon emissions.For areas with hot summer and warm winter,the energy consumption of office buildings is mainly refrigeration by air conditioning system.Based on the original air conditioning system of an office building in Shenzhen,this paper proposes two energy-saving optimi-zation schemes based on the main equipment of the air conditioning system,namely,magnetic levitation unit+variable frequency chilled water system,variable flow unit+variable frequency variable flow system.The two optimization schemes were compared and analyzed by Trnsys software.The results show that the energy consumption of the air-conditioning system can be reduced to a certain extent by chan-ging the equipment energy and adopting frequency conversion technology,and the COP of the system can be greatly improved.
